Jaguar XJ40 Manual Transmission conversion kit.

Most of the parts are removed from a running/ driving 1989 3.6 XJ40. Pedal box from a 93/94MY.In used condition, working order, but the parts have sat unused for a good number of years, so may require some recommissioning. The box selects gears fine, drive shafts turns smoothly.

Fresh oil should be filled into the box before use

Suitablefor any 6cyl XJ40 or possible V12?

The kit consists of the following parts.

Getrag 265 Manual Gearbox, with shifter, reverse switch,

slave cylinder- its an original part, 30+ years old, so chances are it may require rebuildor replacing?

Clutch Hose. One endhas sheered off though, so it needs a new end flaring on,

leather gear Knob. Functional, but not the original 5 speed knob.

Rubber Gator, clamping Ring and base.

Manual Ski Slope Veneer. Cracked and lifting veneer. Requires refinishing to make perfect.

Leather shift Gator, functional, but some signs of age/ holes in it.

Manual Transmission Mount.

Manual Prop Shaft.

Clutch and Flywheel.

Manual Pedal box. This part is from a 1993-94 model year part. With brake switch and clutch switch. It will require some fettling to fit to models before 1993.

Clutch Master Cylinder.its an original part, 30+ years old, so chances are it may require rebuildor replacing?
